Traditional Cajun Jambalaya has the Trinity in it, celery, bell pepper and green onion.
We do not put carrots in it. Or whatever the kofte is. I’m not downing your recipe but it is not traditional with these ingredients. And it’s definitely not Cajun but I’m sure it tastes good.

It’s a Turkish spice used to make Turkish kofte, kind of like meatballs. I just added a link to make your own at home if you can’t find it locally.
